Greg McCarthy

CTM ANZ CEO

As CEO of Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Australia & New Zealand, Greg McCarthy oversees the CTM Group’s diverse portfolio of travel brands spanning corporate, entertainment, leisure, loyalty, and wholesale travel. Greg’s unwavering focus on best-in-class service aligns seamlessly with Show Group’s commitment to providing personalised and professional travel management for the entertainment industry.

With a wealth of executive-level experience in the travel industry, including founding and growing two successful travel management companies in Australia, Greg brings a global perspective and a proven track record of delivering value for customers. His emphasis on customer retention and superior service levels has been a consistent hallmark of his career, evidenced by his achievements in building medium-sized enterprises from small operations.

His transition from co-founder of Platinum Travel Corporation to CTM CEO Australia & New Zealand further underscores his capacity to navigate and lead within the dynamic travel industry. Following CTM’s acquisition of Show Group in April 2022, Greg was appointed to lead the Show Group business from late 2023.

Adam Tulich

General Manager

With over 30 years in account management, Adam’s experience spans key portfolios of airline sales & distribution, leisure & corporate travel, technology solutions, mobility and complex projects & logistics both locally here in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region.

With experience from Qantas, Air Tickets Consolidation and Sabre, Adam is well equipped to engage with our entertainment customers on the dyamic global travel landscape and how this impacts their business strategies. Adam can speak to key topics such as new retailing & comparison shopping, content & distribution changes, end-to-end fulfilment, supplier products, air offers & orders, payments and logistics as well as business planning, commercial strategy and risk mitigation.

Adam’s passion is to steer entertainment customers through the endless choices, navigate the logistics of travel, guide them through technology transformation possibilities and establish realistic plans for their business objectives. This collaborative approach results in shared success on complex Film/TV, Touring & Live Performance projects and overall commercial strategies.

Most recently, Adam was part of the Global Account Team at Sabre responsible for account management of the American Express brands in Asia Pacific and led one of the largest technology migration projects across eight countries.

Nick Haines

Head of Sales and Client Management

Nick is a highly accomplished travel professional boasting over two decades of expertise, with a distinguished career spanning Corporate, Sports, and Entertainment organisations. He has forged enduring relationships within the entertainment industry, thanks to his strong communication skills and personable approach.

Commencing his journey in the travel sector at Concorde Travel in 1999, Nick honed his skills as an International Fares and Ticketing Consultant. His trajectory led him to Qantas, where he further refined his proficiency in various sales and marketing capacities. At Qantas, his primary role was to maintain and develop the Group Travel, Sport, and Entertainment Markets within Australia. Following this, Nick made a strategic move into the TMC landscape, securing senior management positions on an international scale.

Renowned for his expert coordination of business operations and the development of effective strategies, Nick played a pivotal role in the success of travel management companies such as Moves Travel Group and MP Travel Group. His strategic vision contributed significantly to their domestic expansion and successful penetration of new markets in Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa. This wealth of diversified experience culminated in Nick co-founding Locale Travel, an AFTA and IATA-accredited travel management company.

In 2023, Nick joined Show Group as the Head of Client Management, bringing his extensive industry knowledge to further elevate the company’s standing in the market. He has since become the Head of Sales and Client Management.

Megan Woodley

Head of Sport & Group Movement

Megan stands out as an exceptionally skilled and seasoned professional in the field of travel and business management. With 23 years of industry experience, she has developed a strong foundation and expertise leading teams within dynamic environments. Leveraging her extensive experience overseeing all aspects of client travel and her vast global network, she crafts seamless and efficient travel journeys for her clients.

Throughout her career, Megan’s strategic insight has earned her accolades through her ability to identify avenues for business growth and expansion, often embracing innovative and unconventional opportunities. Her enthusiasm for exploring unique destinations and passion for adventurous experiences has cultivated her leadership agility, providing her with a distinctive edge in collaborative work environments.

Placing the customer’s needs at the forefront of every decision, Megan is exceptionally positioned to lead the development and management of operations at CTM Groups & CTM Sports.

Bec La Haye

Head of Tour & Live Performance

With almost twenty years of experience in the travel industry, Bec has become a seasoned professional with expertise that spans all aspects of the field. Her journey started as a reservations agent, where she gained invaluable knowledge in operational intricacies, leading to her involvement in Qantas’ operations in both Brisbane and Los Angeles. During these formative years, Bec collaborated with top-tier consultants, enriching her understanding of the nuances of the industry, which define her professional tapestry today.

Following this, Bec ventured into the entertainment industry, holding the position of Senior Touring Consultant at Show Group for eight years. During her tenure, she explored her passion for music, collaborating with key promoters and clients to successfully deliver a range of festivals and artist tours. Bec’s dedication and impact within this space culminated in her being awarded the prestigious Employee of the Year Award in 2019, a testament to her exceptional contribution and skills.

Recognised for her ability to foster strong relationships, Bec was appointed as a Touring Team Leader at TAG in 2021, demonstrating her strategic leadership and organisational skills. However, the lure of her roots in the entertainment industry proved irresistible as she returned to Show Group as the Head of Tour & Live Performance. Her thorough understanding of the Show Group brand, coupled with her extensive experience, makes her an invaluable addition to the team.

Angel Mafuru

Head of Feature Film & Film/TV Production

Angel brings a wealth of experience to the role of Head of Feature Film & Film/TV Production at Show Group, with a robust background in the travel industry. With 25 years in the industry, primarily in leadership roles, Angel showed early promise as a leader after honing these skills as a Sergeant in the Australia Air League.

Angel’s career highlights include 13 years at Wendy Wu Tours, where she helped establish the company and led the sales and customer service division to become the number one tour operator in Australia. At Trafalgar, Angel led the operations team through a successful rebranding and restructuring. Within the corporate travel space, Angel held national leadership roles at HRG, overseeing offices and home-based teams across the country, and at CTM, managing client relationships and operational teams across various industries.

Recognised for numerous achievements such as Employee of the Year and CTM’s All Star nominations, Angel has consistently delivered success on complex projects. This extensive background and track record of success underscores Angel’s commitment to excellence and aligns seamlessly with Show Group’s commitment to providing best-in-class travel solutions for the entertainment industry.

Justin Potter

Team Leader - Sport & Group Movement

Justin is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the travel industry, having worked across the wholesale, retail, corporate training and sports sectors. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field, Justin has a proven track record of success in providing customers with tailored solutions and exceeding expectations.

Well-adapted to the ever-changing nature of the industry, Justin thoroughly enjoys the challenge of finding innovative solutions to each client’s specific needs. His strong communication skills and ability to build rapport have allowed Justin to forge strong relationships, trust and understanding with his clients.

In his current role, Justin works closely with clients and the broader team to develop strong relationships and strengthen the CTM Sport brand across the sector.

Kylie Trevethan

Team Leader - Tour & Live Performance

With over 11 years in the industry, Kylie is a seasoned and highly skilled travel professional. Her career spans diverse sectors like corporate, group, VIP, leisure, and entertainment travel, offering her valuable insights into the unique needs of touring clients.

Kylie excels at coordinating logistics, transportation, accommodations and attending to the intricate details for an unforgettable travel experience. Focused on seamless, stress-free tours, she ensures clients’ journeys are truly exceptional.

Driven by her adept travel planning skills and fueled by a passion for music and exploration, Kylie is dedicated to curating bespoke experiences for tour groups. As a team leader, she leverages exceptional communication to collaborate closely with Tour Managers, ensuring seamless logistical execution of every tour aspect.

Kylie flourishes in challenging environments, embracing the ever-changing travel industry. Committed to continuously enhancing the tour experience, she anticipates client needs, exceeds expectations, and fosters a creative, innovative environment through open communication and teamwork, resulting in remarkable journeys for our clients.

Sara Howell

Team Leader - Feature Film & Film/TV Production

With over 20 years in the industry, Sara is a highly experienced travel professional. Having begun her career at Ansett Australia, Sara has worked across retail, wholesale, corporate, groups and now entertainment, specialising in feature films.

Throughout her distinguished career, Sara has worked in Australia, New Zealand, and London, gaining knowledge across various key markets. She has worked with top-tier travel coordinators, always ensuring an accurate and streamlined service delivery despite tight and demanding timeframes.

Due to her international experience, Sara can leverage global supplier relationships, negotiating volume discounts and contracts. These relationships also help her deliver top-quality VIP services, reflected in unwavering assistance during every part of the production journey. Her strong adaptability and prioritisation skills result in exceptional customer service and trouble-free travel.

As a team leader, Sara’s strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders have been crucial in coordinating the team’s efforts during large-scale productions.

Jamie Pherous

Executive Director, Managing Director

Director since May 2008

Jamie Pherous founded Corporate Travel Management Limited (CTM) in 1994. He has built the Group from its headquarters in Brisbane to become one of the world’s largest travel management companies.

Prior to establishing CTM, Jamie was employed by Arthur Andersen, now EY, as a qualified Chartered Accountant, specialising in business services and financial consulting, notably in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the United Arab Emirates.

 

James Spence

Global Chief Financial Officer

James Spence joined CTM in May 2024 as Global Chief Financial Officer. James has more than 15 years’ experience as CFO of international businesses primarily in energy and software sectors, and has operated across Australasia, North America and Europe throughout his 30+ year career. James brings broad-based financial experience across all the main disciplines within finance include strategy, risk, treasury, accounting, M&A, capital markets, investor relations and commercial decision-making with extensive board level, team leadership and public markets experience. James holds a Bachelor of Science – Economics & Politics and is a Chartered Accountant.

Eleanor Noonan

Global Chief Operating Officer

Eleanor Noonan joined CTM in August 2022 and holds the role of Global Chief Operating Officer. She has held various senior executive roles within travel, government and financial services. Eleanor is commercially driven, values focused and passionate about leading high-performance teams to support a business growth agenda. Eleanor is skilled in developing and executing customer-centric business strategies, leading large-scale change initiatives, and achieving operational excellence. Eleanor holds a Master of Business and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ana Pedersen

Global Chief Commercial Officer

Ana Pedersen joined CTM as Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in 2024, where she leads the company’s global efforts to drive revenue and EBITDA growth. In this executive role, Ana oversees activities relating to global sales, account management and supplier relations by implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen global market presence and drive technological innovation.

With over 25 years of experience in the corporate travel industry, including global sales and hotel strategy leadership roles at BCD Travel, Ana is well-positioned to capitalise on emerging market trends and customer needs, driving significant revenue growth opportunities across the CTM Group of travel brands.

Known for her strategic vision and ability to build high-performance teams, Ana is passionate about cultivating strong global supplier relationships, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and fostering a collaborative corporate culture that aligns with CTM’s strategic objectives. Fluent in multiple languages, Ana is recognized for her global perspective and ability to deliver transformative results in dynamic and diverse markets.

Shelley Sorrenson

Global Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary

Shelley Sorrenson joined CTM in November 2021 as Global Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary. Shelley is a pragmatic and commercially driven corporate legal and governance practitioner with over 15 years of experience. She has served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of ASX-listed and unlisted financial services companies and held roles at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and in private practice. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Justice, Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws. Shelley is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.

 

Ewen Crouch AM

Chairman

Independent Non-Executive Director

Director since March 2019

Ewen Crouch was a Partner at Allens from 1988-2013. He served as a member of the firm’s board for 11 years, including 4 years as Chairman of Partners. His other roles at Allens included Co-Head Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets from 2004-2010, Executive Partner – Asian Offices from 1999- 2004, and Deputy Managing Partner from 1993 – 1996. He was a Director of Mission Australia from 1995, including as Chairman from 2009, until retiring in November 2016, and served as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of AnteoTech Limited from 2022 – 2025.

Mr Crouch is a Non-Executive Director of BlueScope Steel Limited (since March 2013) and a Director of Jawun (since September 2015). He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and served as a member of the Takeovers Panel from 2010-2015, as a member of the Commonwealth Remuneration Tribunal from 2015-2019, as a Director of Sydney Symphony Orchestra from 2009- 2020 and as a Non-Executive Director of Westpac Banking Corporation from 2013 to 2019.

 

Jon Brett

Independent Non-Executive Director

Director since January 2020

Jon Brett was formerly an Executive Director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity Limited, and an executive of Investec Bank (Australia) Limited. He was previously the CEO of Techway Limited which pioneered internet banking in Australia. Jon brings extensive strategic, board and management experience to CTM, particularly in the areas of finance and corporate advisory.

Jon is currently a Non-Executive Director of Raiz Invest Limited (since November 2023). His former directorships include Godfreys Group Limited, The Pas Group Limited, Infomedia Limited, President of the NRMA and Vocus Group Limited since its listing on the ASX.

Sophie Mitchell

Independent Non-Executive Director

Director since September 2019

Sophie Mitchell has over 30 years of corporate advisory, capital markets and equity research experience. She retired from Morgans in June 2019 after over a decade as Executive Director in Morgans Corporate and, prior to this, she was Morgans’ Head of Research.

Sophie is currently concentrating on her Board roles and is a Non-Executive Director of Firstmac Limited (since November 2022), NZX-listed Tourism Holdings Limited (since December 2022), Myer Family Investments Limited (since December 2020), Morgans Holdings (Australia) Limited (since March 2018) and the Morgans Foundation Limited. She was Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited from 2016-2022, a Non-Executive Director of Flagship Investments Limited from 2008-2021, a board member of the Australia Council for the Arts, and a member of the Takeovers Panel between 2009 and 2018.

Marissa Peterson

Independent Non-Executive Director

Director since October 2022

Marissa Peterson is President and CEO of Mission Peak Executive Consulting, a Silicon Valley leadership coaching business, and currently serves on the Board of US Based company Employee Owned Brands. She is based in the United States and brings extensive experience in governance, technology and digital transformation, and executive development.

Mrs Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an Honorary Doctorate in Management from Kettering University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mrs Peterson’s extensive board experience includes past roles as Chairman of optical communications solutions company, Oclaro, between 2013 and 2018, and as a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Ansell, from 2006 to 2021. She has also been a Director of a range of US-based companies including Humana, Supervalu, Children’s Hospital of Stanford, Quantros, Covisint, and was a Board Trustee of Kettering University.
